A lil help guys??
So with the new update do the arrows in the minors tell you a guy is ready for the bigs?and is in necessary too call a a guy that's a 1 star with 2 star potential if he has an up arrow?

A player with a green up arrow is ready for the majors (based on his ratings and his main position). That does not mean that he will perform from the moment you put him up but it is a good indicator to give him some time in the big leagues.
It is never necessary to call a player up, in the end it is your choice. Chance is, that he will continue to develop slower if you keep him in the minors and maybe he gets angry over time but their is a difference between "ready for majors" and "good in majors".
