Getting star ratings out of OOTP

Has anyone come up with a relatively easy way to get the star ratings out of OOTP and into Excel? Viewing reports in a browser and scraping HTML is workable for every field but those two (Overall and Potential). Even the Export directly to Excel gives you "5 stars" or "4 stars"...that's not very useful, for one, and it's also bad data as "5 stars" could be 5 stars or 4.5 stars. These are the only fields I have to manually reconcile if I want to use Excel (well, besides Status Information, but that's just a handful of guys so not that big of a hassle).
