Fictional League Generated Players

Is there a way to have the game create better quality fictional players in the fictional league setup?

You can up the PCM's (Player Creation Modifiers) in league setup, but creating more superstar quality players won't necessarily lead to "better" players. If you have a lot of good pitchers and a lot of good hitters your league stats should still balance out somewhat. Not all those superstars are going to win 20 games or get 50 Hr's (depending if pitcher or hitter).

I've found the game does a pretty good job over the long haul of creating talent. My fictional leagues, using default settings for the most part, always have a nice balance. A few superstars, some very good, some good, some avg, etc etc.
