Looking for A Really Detailed Logo and Jersey and Cap For Created Team

I'm Looking at either creating a New Team. The team will be based in charlotte, but im having trouble coming up with a nick name. I'm trying to stay away from the bobcats since thats charlottes basketball team. I have it narrowed down to the:

Charlotte Storm
Charlotte Crusaders

P.S. if you can, im really wanting the jerseys to be a close representation of what an MLB logo and jersey set would look like if there actually was a Charlotte team playing in the MLB.

Im going to tackle this for you but I request like this to be done properly is going to take me a good two weeks, I work two jobs and will only be able to work maybe an hour or two a night on it. But I am going to do it.
