Draft/Foreign Academies

I had two questions before purchasing

I was wondering in this version if the Draft was now closer to realistic..in the means that almost every draft pick needs a bonus to be signed which could leave a team with only signing 25-30 out of their 50 draft picks? With how it is currently, it's far too easy to sign 45+ draft picks. I can understand making it optional for every player to have some sort of demand..but it'd be nice for realism factors to have that in. Or even if some players wanted to go to college/finish their college careers and pass at your offers and return to the draft later.

Having all High Schoolers weigh going to college or not would be cool.

Finally, it looked like in 12 that Foreign Academies would be implemented. Have they been added for this version? As I think they would be a cool feature and make more sense in how players sign players in countries rather that randomly stumbling upon them.

1) I don't think anything has been changed in that regard. Not that I've noticed, anyway.

2) No, foreign academies did not make it in.
