drafting not accurate???
I was doing a 2000 Major league draft after a season sim. The ML player draft, and it said pujols was in their. Pujols was drafted the year before though...why would OOTP put him in the 2000 draft?

In OOTP, players are drafted the year before they made their major league debut IRL.
Since Pujols made his debut in 2001, he is drafted in 2000. Since, for example, Jim Morris made his debut in 1999, he is drafted in 1998... when he is 34 years old. |
