Moving Statslab to a new server/host
I've recently moved my league to a new host, and am wondering is there is a way to move statslab and keep award voting history, et all. Can anyone give me any help on this? I have statslab up and running on the new site, but award voting, etc is now blank.

Back up your database.
Download your statslab folder to your computer. Create a new db (preferably same name as the original). Create a new user for that db (preferably the same as the original one). (if you can't name them the same as before, you'll need to edit your config file) Restore database from your backup. Upload staslab folder to your new site. |

The MySQL interface allows lots of different format options for dumping the data, like a CSV/comma delimited format. Be sure that the table name and fields match what they were on the older host table and statslab should be able to read it. Hope that makes sense. |
