Online league feature suggestion: "Disable player release" option for non-commishes

Having a "Disable player release" option for online leagues would allow the league to apply their own unique rules to player releases. If player releases were allowed commishes would have to apply them based on owner requests and whatever rules the league wanted to use. For example, a rule where player releases were only allowed during the final year of a contract. Currently this is impossible to accurately police manually because not all releases are listed on the transactions or player history pages.

It might be too complex to add to a future enhancement patch, but in case it was a reasonably easy thing to add would there be interest in this from online league users of OOTP?

My leagues don't use it but I'm all for having an option for it as it would please everyone

This would help online leagues monitor contract issues that can be skirted in certain areas.
