Injuries??

The HUGE amount of injuries in this game are way unrealistic. Not so much for my controlled team, but for everybody else. I just finished a series w/ the Giants where 4 out of 5 starting pitchers was on the DL along w/ Posey, Pagan, and Belt and a hand full of relievers. Most of them long term. And i'm only 20 games into a season???

Every team has seems to have an insane amount of injuries. Can I turn the injury setting down, or even off? I know off would be unrealistic, but it would be MORE realistic then my current situation.

And, is there anyway I can "overturn" an injury??

Half of the starting pitchers in the majors this year will go down to an injury at some point, but yes you can turn down the injury setting.

Go to Setup and Options in the game menu and on the left you should see injury frequency. Try low.

There is a few different settings for injury frequency in the game setup. You can turn them up or down there to fit your preference. You can also enter commish mode and edit the injury days back to 0 if you want to "overturn" an injury.

There are about 140 players on major league injury lists as of April 29. The Red Sox alone have 10 players on the DL. Probably more realistic than you think.

If you lower the injury setting, you may want to increase player fatigue.

I have my injuries set as low as they will go without being off and I still see too many.

Some do.. I like my good players playing more and not having to micro manage so much.
