Don't want neutral stats used

I noticed in the player editor that the stats used are neutralized stats. We have a 10-team MLB sim league and are considering switching from DMB to OOTP but we do not want to use neutralized stats or ratings. We want our simulation to use player's actual MLB stats. How do I do this?

You have the option to choose either neutralized or real stats in OOTP. As with countless other features, OOTP gives you options and freedom to customize your league the way you want.

The player editor shows their neutral stats. can you please tell me what settings to change in order to use their actual MLB stats.

Normally you set this up when you create the league. If you're importing or converting a league, I'm not sure, since I've never done that. The stats settings are normally in the league setup area.
