ABL: The Formation of a New National Pastime

A quick thanks to the (Nickname Project) where I beleive I obtained all of the team logos and uniforms. If I team logo or uniform is used here and you created it and it's not part of the Nickname Project please let me know and I'll add a big thanks here.

I'm not sure if a fictional league in Australia has been done before, and if it has, no I'm not trying to copy. I'm also aware that 'newspaper style' stories have been created before. I have a plan of how I want this to run, and the vidual element ensures I can present the information within the story both visually and with text. I'm also hopeing that this format makes it an easy story to pick up on and readers don't have to be involved from the very beginning to get immersed.

Hopefully you have as much enjoyment from reading this as I did/do creating the world, playing the game, and writing the history.

Cool graphics. What program are you using?

I'm just using powerpoint and a few images I find here and there. I then just create an image and upload it here. I also use pixlr.com (online image editor similar to photoshop) for some image creation parts too.

Things are really starting to take shape now in trms of the story direction and how it will be told. In effect 'The Australian' newspaper and 'Baseball Magazine' have their own part to play, but there will be other communication sources to be used as well, stay tuned.

See post #5, just basically taking in-game images and adding them to other images to create new images. I then put the images here to tell the story.
