FANTASY/EXPANSION Drafts

I Started in 1945 with Random players in years and Simulated until 1980, I wanted to take over the Mets at that point and dump all players into a fantasy pool and have a draft.. IS THIS POSSIBLE? I know it is on Mogul but they don't have anywhere near the options and things on this game. I know in prior versions I THOUGHT it was available am I Missing something>?

Yes you can do this. You have to be in the preseason. On the League Setup tab on the fuctions screen upper left corner.
