% of foreign players
I created a new league based in the United States and set the percentage of foreigners to 0.
Why am I still seeing players from other countries in my league? I've simmed over 30 years so far. Is there something I'm missing? |

They're probably from international scouting. You need to disable find and maintain hidden players.

In the past at least, foreign percentage has been hard-coded for the United States.

Go to League setup/rules menu and make sure 'foreign players lim1t' is set to 0.
