Realignment in Fictional Leagues

I am running a fictional league from 1970, based on the MLB template. (I actually am simming up to '94 to get the inaugural draft players out of the system.)

(1) When 2013 rolls around, if I have progression turned on, will the Astros automatically realign?

(2) How do I get the new CBA numbers into the game (either now or when I hit 2012)? I don't have an option to "import" the 2012 financials, and it looks like I'm at the 2011 minimum salary currently.

it cant import future years. it can only import numbers from seasons that have already been completed.
