Are loading times faster or slower than OOTP12?

One of my very few issues with OOTP12 was the slow load time. I'm curious to know how quickly OOTP13 loads compared to 12.

Also, I've seen people referring to a demo, but where is it?

I haven't timed them, but it *seems* like 13 loads a little quicker.

I don't think a demo for 13 is available yet.

On a related note, do we know what would increase performance the most for OOTP? Would increased processor speed or adding RAM help most?
