Random Debut and the HOF

How exactly does using the random debut feature work with the Hall of Fame?

Just to try it out, I started a historical league in 1871 with random debut and I just noticed that in 1872 there are people in the Hall of Fame.

It states they were inducted when they were inducted in real life but the stats are for my game.

What gives? Did I miss something?

Did you check "import complete history"? That could be the issue... anyway, I'll have a look.

doh! I did but still seems a strange thing since it is complete history up to 1871 how is Roberto Alomar in the Hall of Fame?

Okay, so you can't import complete history when doing random debut. That is the part I missed, I am sure it is in a bunch of threads somewhere.

Markus, will this be fixed in the patch? I made the same mistake and it's annoying... I just pretend not to see them, but still :-/
