"storyline" mode?

I thought I remember reading about a "storyline" type of mode, where you have different decisions to make regarding players and their personal issues that would have ranging effects on the team.

I'm into year 2, and I haven't had anything come up.

An example, something along the line of what the world gets to deal with from Zambrano every year.

They are in there but are fairly rare. More will be added in the coming month.

As I play 19th century some story about illegal gambling would be a nice touch. Maybe something in the line of the Louisville scandal
