Single Game Records and Accomplishments?

I noticed in the game that single game records and accomplishments only seem to start being recorded from the actual year you start playing the game, versus past history. Although I know I can let the game sim a number of years to build up history, it would really be great if by default the records and accomplishments can be based on the history of the default game, like many of the other history stats are. Hopefully something that minimally can be considered for the next version of the game since I am guessing not likely for a future patch.

Yes, that would be nice, but entering the data is not possible at the moment, so this is something for OOTP 14 or later.

Understood....I knew it wasn't likely for this version. I think this would further increase the immersion factor and provide other records for us to break out of the box

could you get around that if instead of just starting a "new mlb game", you started a "historical league" that starts in 2011? I say 2011 because i don't think you can start a new historical league for the current league. Then the game would import all of the accurate records, including single game records. Would that work?
