International League Baseball Openings

Good afternoon. The ILB has two leagues (ULB and CALB) working together under the same group, but two different leagues entirely. Currently, we are in the 1998 off-season, but have openings in both leagues.

The ULB (United League Baseball) has just completed its fourth season. Running off the premise of "What if the 1994 MLB strike was never settled" it is currently a real player league with 26 teams in two conferences. There are four openings.

The CALB (Canada-Alaska League of Baseball) joined the ULB as part of the ILB in the current off-season and will start its first season in calendar year 1999. A completely fictional league, this league has 20 teams in five divisions. Currently, there are openings for 12 of the 20 teams.
