What hexcode do you use for black?
I know that, when making jerseys, black (000000) doesn't really show of details, just like white (FFFFFF), imo, looks too bright (I use FFFFDE). So what hexcode do you guys use for black to get the idea of black but still allow for visible details? Thanks!

I try to get as close to pure black as possible. As long as the shading layer still shows some wrinkles. Sometimes I change the blend mode from multiply to burn for dark colors on the shading layer. 0A0A0A hex (10-10-10 rgb), 141414 (20-20-20) and 202020 (32-32-32) can be used. I paint for NASCAR 2003, GTR2 and rFactor also and the "experts" suggest 0A0A0A for black and FEFEFE (254-254-254) for white. But what looks good to me may not for you due to differences in video cards, video settings, monitors and ambient lighting.

For black I uses 0E0E0E and for white EBEBEB. My black is more like a charcoal with a little grey in, I like the ivory color of the white. These make my uni's look better.
