Adding Rookie League Club

I have simmed a number of seasons and have the following questions or comments:

1. For the last 3 seasons, I entered the playoffs as the number 1 or 2 team. In each of the first two games of the playoffs, I suffered a significant number of injuries. Season 1: I lost my number 1 starter and 6 regular offensive players. I was stuck playing a pitcher in the OF. The same pattern continued in the 2nd season, althoguh I only lost my top 2 starters (during their starts, of course) and my top 2 offensive players. In the 3rd season, I rested my players over the last 2 weeks of the season, basically playing them everyother day. Same results. Lost 2 of my top 3 starters and 3 offesnvie players (one starter lost on the last day of the season). The players did not have an injury rating as fragile. Anythign like this happened to anyone else?

2. I would like to add a rookie league team. How would I do this?
