I don't think there's a ranked list w/in the game. To get a sense of where teams stand, you can go to Statistics & Leaders -> Team Stats -> Defensive Stats, where you'll get team ZR totals and DER. I don't think you're able to sort within the display given, but you can locate the mean and eyeball other teams' figures.

To get a ranked list, you could export the stats to CSV and then sort the team ZR and DER stats on the spreadsheet. N.B. There's been some question as to how well ZR is implemented in the game, and pitching ratings that suppress BABIP may affect DER.
