WARNING!

I won't buy the next version if I don't get a good warm and fuzzy about the lack of a simulation that utilizes historical stats w/ recalc but provides for some player development as well that isn't destroyed after each season.

This means that instead of completely resetting the players ratings after each season, a 'blend' has to occur, that utilizes the ingame ratings AND the real life stats. Blending the growth of the player in my league, but keeping his stats in check with history as well. Maybe leave current ratings alone, and blend future ratings with current and a recalc.

So there ya go, good luck making this happen.
