waltwa All Star Reserve Join Date: Jan 2002 Posts: 906	looking for 2 leagues to join i am looking for 2 leagues to join with these rules 1. salary cap 2. no fa comp 3. draft pick trading allowed 4. modern league- real or fictional 5. scouts and coaches off Sounds pretty picky but i have been in many leagues since ootp online started. i have found that the most successful and fun leagues that really allow a gm to make decisions have the 1st 3 factors included. waltwa1@yahoo.com
