License Not working on Mac

I purchased an OOTP 12 license and was running it on Windows. However, I decided to transfer over to my MacBook Pro but the license will not activate the software.

I emailed tech support last night but I've yet to get an answer. Anyone have any ideas?

When I try, it simply says that the software cannot be activated at this time. Please try later.

However, I've tried for almost 24 hours now. Any help would be appreciated.

Wow. 3 days in and no response from OOTP tech support and no one on the forums. Guess they want me to buy the stupid thing again. Which I would if they'd just tell me.

To my knowledge you need to purchase the Mac license. You can't do what your doing with the PC license. They're considered completely separate purchases. Same for linux version to I believe.

When you insert the license code make sure you use cut and paste from your confirmation letter and do not just type the code in.

Actually Mac & PC have been compatible for the last 2 versions.
