How to Affiliate With a Minor League Team?

Hi I have a question as to how I can affiliate my expansion team with an expansion Minor League team? The initial 12 teams are affiliated with minor league teams, but the 8 expansion teams I created are not. How do I fix this?

1. Go to League Options & Rules (for each minor league level, not for ML)
2. Names & Affiliates
3. and then the drop down menu assign them to the new ML expansion teams.

I would screenshot this but I have a different league loaded.
