Assigning player photo

I am trying to assign a player photo. However, it says it is limited to the first 1,000 photos in the directory. How can I access more photos in order to assign a new one?

You seem to have discovered a hidden feature of iOOTP that I haven't unlocked yet. How did you reveal this Easter Egg? Do you have to jailbreak your phone? Is this available legitimately via in-app purchase?
