AI Roster moves

New to the game so I thought I would get my feet wet by playing as Manger for a rookie team. Through some tips in here got some good ideas on how to get a reasonabe team up. Managed to get promoted to a SA team.

Now, whilst I do not have a prob with my team going 12-3 to 15-17, **** happens, I do have a question about the AI GM making roster changes every day/2nd day for the same smal group of players out and back into the team.

Is this normal for the game? In RL? I have players that are dropped & received on the same day for up to 3 days in a row... Most frustrating on my lineup changes...

I have not found anything on the boards about this specifically, only that as a human manager I am hampering development of players, due to having no stats... Should I just go as GM and do the managing at my leisure?

That's pretty normal for OOTP. Just one of the frustrations/challenges of managing a minor league team.
