How to force a Player Development Report?

I've got a Player Development Report dated March 2 and would like to see one before the season starts. Is there a way to force a new one?

Unless I am misunderstanding your question, it's as easy as selecting it from your team menu for the overview then clicking the button on the bottom right.

I'm sorry, but I did misunderstand. You want to update the report itself. Go to Game Setup, League Setup, Other Functions, and click Run OSA & Human Scouts Rescout.
