Tech Help if possible

So I have ran into an error that occurs in only leagues where I have to download updated files vs. importing them from the actual game.

Everytime I update the file, everything works fine. My problem is each time I try to export the file via FTP I get an error 201 - Connect error.

Here are the steps I have taken.

1. Turned my firewall off and on.

2. Placed OOTP 12 in the exceptions for my firewall.

3. Used all the settings in the OOTP - Online League Settings folder.

I really enjoy the league I am in and it really is hard that for some reason I cannot get through with my exports.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
