Big money teams--budget problem

Seems that every time I play a big market team with a large budget, after a number of years the budget seems to freeze and never gets increased, no matter how high a percentage of it I'm using. Anyone else get this?

the budget is based on how well you do, not how much of it you use. Usually if you win the championship, the budget will increase by $10,000,000 (but not always, it depends on your owner).

Check your owner's settings - if the owner isn't generous, the budget's less likely to increase.
