Special Rules & Settings: We're a historic league that started play with the 1961 MLB season.

The AMBL Historic league has just completed the 1972 World Series and converted our league file over to OOTP 12. We're working towards our first offseason sim later this week. This is a great time to join a great league!

We have the following teams open:

Oakland A's
The A's had the best record in the American League last season on their way to winning the AL West. If you're looking for a solid playoff contender this is your team!

Minnesota Twins
Despite not having a GM for the entire 1972 season the Twins still managed to post a winning record. A good solid team to build for the future with.

I may still have other teams open but I won't know until later this week. As of now these are the teams we have available. If you're interested please email me asap at commish(at)ashmaplebaseball.info. Once these teams are filled any further applications will be placed on our waiting list.

We also now have the San Francisco Giants available.

This morning the GM from the Yankees moved over to the Giants so San Francisco is now filled and the Yankees are now open. Additionally I need to find a new GM for the Boston Red Sox.

There's gotta be some folks out there looking to join a great league right?? We're entering our 12th simmed season and have a solid, active core of about 18 GMs. A few of our guys LOVE to trade. You're missing out if you don't join this league!

just looked over the league and realized you do in fact have real players... highly interested... please contact me... never been in a league on OOTP but a baseball fanatic and have been involved in fantasy baseball for at least 10 years and active to the point of almost annoying other owners haha... as you probably know fantasy baseball season is winding down and ill need some way of getting my fix

couldnt tell from looking at your league if financials are turned on... but if they are, definitely interested in sox or yankees

After some GM movement and additions as of this post we have the Twins and the Chicago Cubs available.

The AMBL_Historic is a great league. The league possess a great comissioner and a very solid set of active GM's. With the league being in the off season, it is a perfect time to join.

hey everyone, just wanted to say that this is the best league I have been a part of on OOTP... tried out a few other ones, but the commissioners just didn't have it together like the AMBL's does.
