Controlling Minor League Lineups

I set my Manager Option to control minor league lineups. But then where do I go to actually set those lineups? Sorry for the noobie questions, but....
Any help appreciated.

On the Bottom right of your ML lineups/rotation screen you will see the affiliates tab. Click that and select the minor league team you want to view/change. Also for putting players on the DL from the minors or moving players from say Single A to Double A I find it easier to do that from the transactions page from the team drop down menu.
