Managing Team Personnel

My question is simple and i am not sure if i am missing something.. i have the latest patch on OOTP11 and am doing very well in the game, but i keep getting messages that my trainers for my minor league affiliates have left, but i cannot resign anyone to any level but the ML. My players in my minor league teams get hurt very frequently!?!? When i look at each level, all i see is a mgr, hit and pitch coach... that's all. how is it that i have traners quiting my teams, yet i cannot refill their positions.... help if possible

you only have the major league trainer, there are no minor league trainers.
are you sure the message says minor league trainer leaves?

It definitely says that the league has informed you that your trainer BLA BLA of *one of my minor league teams* has left the team due to his contract running out...

This happened to me as well, when I started my league in OOTP 11 using an MLB Quickstart with Facegen.

I just filled the necessary positions (Manager, Hitting Coach, Pitching coach) and ignored all the extra people that were leaving.
