starting unemployed? ....
so I'm brand new to this game, but have loved what little I have played. After getting a feel for the game, I decided to start my own "Franchise". I decided to start "unemployed" because I thought it would be cool to see what teams open up and possibly offer me a job or something. But I cant find where to find any employment opportunities, or do I have to sim through the year to find them? Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'd greatly appreciate it, thank you in advance.

Go to available jobs and apply. If none are available, go into commissioner mode and give yourself a job.

What Qwerty said.
I would suggest you just choose a team to be the GM of, without going into commissioner mode, and keeping the option of being fired open. As a manager taking over a minor league team, you have no stats towards development of players. You would be worse than the worst manager, when it comes to player development. |
