Basically, it's an alternate history league in which Peter Seitz sided with the owners rather than the players in the Messersmith/McNally case.

This league uses a depressed financial structure. Expect the top players to make ~$1,000,000 per season. All teams are operating on a tight budget, so if you're up for a challenge, this league is for you. The league uses hard cap of $10M, policed outside of the game. We also have a pretty cool posting feature for international free agents in the offseason.

If you want to get into a league from its inception and be part of creating the records and history, this is your chance.

PS, if anyone who wants to join is good at making uniforms and wants a side project, let me know. The uniforms I have for this league are kind of silly looking.

You had my interest until I saw 17 years had been simmed for "history". I'll never understand that, but to each his own.

I want to be part of a leagues history, and I want owners to be there for the creation of records.

If you decide to reconsider that history aspect, I could be in. I'm looking for that perfect league, and havn't found it yet.

I understand what you mean. I did the history because I originally wanted this to be stats only, and I wanted the GMs to have something to go on. But I've found that most people do not like playing in a stats only league, especially a fictional one, so I decided to include the ratings.

If you reconsider, we'd love to have you.

It is an amazing piece of writing with attention to detail that was kindered by someone with a keen imagination.

For all those fictional lovers out there this league is definately worth a try. I'm pretty picky with my leagues, and moved past this one initially. After looking into it further though, this has all the makings for a great long-lasting league in an original universe. I started looking through the players/teams yesterday and found myself already starting to wonder which guys would become hall of famers and set records.

And, if you havn't tried fictional before...let me just say. A good fictional league, once you become familiar with it's players, is 1 million times better than a real MLB league. I've played in both kinds.
