Am I missing an option?

I transitioned my online league from X to 12. In X, there were two options that I can't find in 12.

1. Include online settings in the league file.
-- I had to upload a seperate zip file with the contents of the settings folder to give the teams the ability to export.

2. Rename team files on import.
-- Because I like to err on the side of caution, I usually copy the team exports before I import them, just in case I screw up and have to revert to an archive of the league. I used the names of the team files as my check to see which files were new, not only while copying, but also to report successful exports on my website.

Are these two functions still available? If so, could someone point me towards them? Also, once my GMs have downloaded the contents of the settings folder, will they be able to import/export indefinately, or will I need to provide files from the settings folder with each sim?

I can answer about the settings.
OOTP11 removed the option to include the settings in the league file as it was the cause of numerous hacking exploits against leagues. They have to be provided separately. Once the settings have been transmitted to the league GMs, they are set. You don't have to keep doing it every sim.
