Waiver Rule

When playing a historical league, should the Waiver Rule be enabled or disabled. I have been playing with it disabled.

Well, since my replay has been going pretty smooth, I guess I will forget about messing with the Waiver Rule, DFA period length, Minor League option years and the Rule 5 draft.

I thought it might make it more interesting, but since I didn't get any answers on the forum, I'm hesitant to change anything.
