Free Agent Crash (Bug??)

First off I used the forum search function and also google but can't find no quick fix.

Okay, here's the problem. Everytime I try to view the free agents the game crashes.

I'm running OOTP 11.2.28 in Windows 7.

** Another thing, where is the "scout draft pool" tab supposed to be at? The only button I see in the bottom right corner of the draft pool screen is a report button. I use to be able to scout the draft class.

Yes, if the original poster or anyone else has this fix solution it would be greatly appreciated if you could reply. Seeing the same issue for a GM in one of my leagues.
