List of Best Teams All-Time

I'm looking for an up-to-date listing of the best teams of all-time. I would like a list with LOTS of teams listed (hundreds) so I can set up leagues with the best teams for several eras.

I have a sheet I copied off the internet several years ago showing the 1939 Yankees first with 87.36 "points," under some system or other. But I can't find it on a web search today. And it's outdated anyway.

Any "Best Of" list would be highly subjective and might not be as comprehensive as what you're looking for. That being said, why not start with the World Series winners and losers, division winners, etc. -- or perhaps check other game company's web sites to see if they offer "Great Teams of the Past" disks...often they'll provide a list of the teams on their ordering pages.

There's an old game I used to play called "Strategic Baseball Simulator" which had a very comprehensive "disk" of Great Teams from all the different eras. I might still have it somewhere on my old computer...I'll see if I can track it down.
