playoff roster issues?

So I got only 2 of's available cause I had 3 of's get hurt and put them in the on the dl after 8/31 and the guys I brought up after I can't use. what's up wit that?

When you start a league (or at the start of a season), in setup under the rules section, there is a setting for post season rosters. Turn it off.

Only players on the active roster and DL as of August 31st are eligible for the playoffs. Any players added to the active roster after that date are not eligible. (Though they may be used as injury replacements for any eligible players unable to play in the post-season.)

Le Grande, I believe that's how the old rule was but these days anyone on the 40 man roster before August 31 is eligible for the playoff roster in the major leagues. The game has it wrong and really should correct it so everyone is eligible for the playoffs that should be
