The Save & Leave button is one of the best things in OOTP 12, but...

Could we move it out of that bar on the bottom of the screen?

I'm not sure how many people use that bar - I certainly only use it to click save & leave when I have to. Can we give the save button its own place, and create the possibility to remove that bar from the widgets view?

(1280x800 player here, desperate for some vertical space, but wanting to keep his new favorite button )

EDIT - Leaving it on the would-be removable bar for people who like the button there would be nice, if at the same time there would be some other place you could go to save & leave.

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.

I was just about to ask the same thing. Is it like for saving and leaving in the middle of a game that you are watching or managing?

The "save and leave" button appears when you're playing out/watching a game. If you sim games, you're not going to see it.

One thing I noticed about the "Save & Leave" button during a Historical 1959 game I was playing in "pitch by pitch" mode.

Dick Donovan was on the mound for the Sox in the 5th. His profile shows he's a three-pitch pitcher, Curveball, Changeup and Slider. No Fastball. I saved the game and logged out. Later, when I came back to the game, the Pitch Sequence screen showed Donovan throwing nothing but fastballs, a pitch not in his repertoire. This went on for a couple of innings. When he was replaced by Staley on the mound, things went back to normal with Staley throwing his usual stuff.

I haven't had a chance to see if I could duplicate this anomoly so you may want to keep an eye on it.
