Where is this in the online league settings? The Youtube Video shows this:

I apologize that I am traveling so don't have the game in front of me right now. Working from memory though, you should have team file transfer settings in your online league settings menu only if you did not make it an Official OOTP online league.
Once you sign your league up for OOOL, it takes care of team transfers for you, and thus any options to configure those are removed from the settings in order to not confuse people. (Since it appears to me at least that once a league is set up for OOOL, you can not do team exports outside of OOOL.) Hope that helps! Quote:
