My first real jersey attempt. critique?

I've made a few attempts at making jerseys before, but It was mostly just messing around. This is the first one I've made that I'm actually somewhat happy with the way it turned out.

Can some of the more experienced jersey designers share some critique?

The cap logos are on the larger side, and positioned fairly high vertically...

The first jersey script is on the larger side, but you've got it better on your second try.

I am not sure what the RGB Noise adds. If this was grayscale noise, I could see how it could be applied to the jersey. Also, you can download templates from PadresFan's site and use those textures; they really add something to jerseys!

I use GIMP. The .psd files should open. The .pspimage files I cannot open.

Notice, he used the noise tool to create his jerseys. I really like the way these look, so I figured I'd give it a try.

As for the noise, I am not a GIMP expert (I use paint.net)...but there is noise that changes the color of pixels (RGB Noise) and monochromatic noise which will make pixels lighter and darker. That's what you want.
