Replacing faces and team logos

Hello! New to OOTP Baseball and I'm loving it so far.

I've been browsing the forums and I see multiple references to replacing default faces and team logos. Can anyone directly lay out for me the best/simplest way to do this?

Thanks so much. Looking forward to playing this game without a bunch of clones.

Depends on what you're asking...

If you're starting a fresh league. Before you start, populate the following folders on your computer:

/OOTP12/ballcaps
/OOTP12/logos
/OOTP12/jerseys

With mods you find on the board, or that you create yourself.

I'm not sure how to import faces, but OOTP will generate new faces if you ask it to do so in the game setup section.

If you're looking for a MLB 2011 setup, I do know that there's work being done in an All-in-One type mod package that would get you setup in MLB 2011 with faces, logos, jerseys, hats, no problem.

Not sure how long the wait is though.

Finally, easiest way to do anything is find someone else's quickstart and going from there.

Sorry, I forgot there's such a huge scope to this game! I was thinking of a MLB 2011 setup. Is there a thread or other way to follow the progress of the project you mention?

Thank you for your reply.

The MLB All-In-One is already available through Add-Ons Central from the OOTP menu in the game. It works fine for 2011.

I was going to update it with more recent facegen images, but the HFP team was unable to tell me which images were for current players, so that won't be happening.

If you want to make sure to have the complete set of both current and historical facegen images, that download is available from Add-Ons Central too!

Thanks PadresFan! I got the download from Add-Ons central and it's very nice.
