poss scouting budget bug?

After finishing year one, and going into year two, I noticed that my National Scouting budget had a NEGATIVE number in it. It was:

National Scouting Budget $-2,480,000
International Scouting Budget $4,480,000
Total Scouting Budget $2,000,000

I'm not in the red, and turned at $17,000,000 profit last year.

Thinking I missed something, I just waited until the next preseason (just before year 3), and no matter what budget I set for the National Scouting Budget, it defaults back to that $-2,480,000.

odd. How can the scouting budget be negative?

That sounds like a bug. I'll take care of it.

Can you check your projected balance, I'm sure it is negative and hence the overall scouting budget gets reset to $2m.
