Still can't activate what the heck is going on

Still can't activate... want some answers can't believe the servers are that da** busy

I'm sure they are that busy. I wasn't able to activate at first. It took me like 5 tries.

Try to restart the game... then:
1) Use copy & paste
2) remove any white spaces
3) try several times, the servers are probably busy

Mine had a space before the "O" in OOTP. I tried too many times before I realized the space could be at either end of the string not just at the end. I hope you are running into the same problem.

Worked once I deleted that space.

It took me a few tries before I got it activated. But it worked.

I ran into another problem though. I began a fictional league, made all the selections to get it started, started to run off some history years for background (I do that before I take over a team).

But the game crashed while it was on auto-play.

When I restarted the game (just now), I noticed it is making me re-enter my activation code...nothing else is showing up as valid selections on the main sign-in screen...other than "purchase..." or "enter License..."

I can't "continue" or "load" or start a new game or anything. It's like I never started the game.

Just FYI.

I have had problems even getting into this server today. The bandwith for OOTP is getting slammed. It took a few tries for my game to activate.

been trying for an hour, still no luck activating...

Edit: and now it is activated! *whew*

Good for you.

I'm having problems now.

I had the game up and running after activating it earlier. But after it crashed, it seems to be making me re-activate it since none of the play/load/create/continue options are available.

Bummer. I'll keep trying.

Must have sold alot more games this year cause I have never had it fail to activate on the 1st try UNTIL THIS YEAR!
