Pitcher Fatigue
I've realized that managing every game leads my team to more success...but the biggest thing I've noticed is pitcher fatigue seeming a little excessive.
My closer is one example. With a stamina rating of 21 (1-100) throws on back-to-bak days, 17 pitches the first day and 14 pitches the next day, takes 3 full days to return to 100%. On the third day he is back to 86%, but if I use him then he falls all the way back to 46%. This means I can never really use him on consecutive days unless he has 4 days to recover. In reality relievers are used 2 and 3 days in a row quite frequently but all my relievers ALWAYS need 2 whole days off if they're ever used on consecutive days. The only setting I can find for fatigue is for positional players. Is there no way to adjust this for pitchers? |

You can raise his stamina. That should help with fatigue. But also, keep in mind that every major league is probably tired every day.
