32 team schedule

I have a league with 32 teams:

2 subleagues with each having 2 divisions of 8 teams.

I'd like to have a schedule where I play:

Each team in my division 12 times for a total of 84 games.

I want to play each team in the other division in my league 6-7 times. ( 6 teams 7 times and 2 teams 6 times) for a total of 54 games.

Then I want to play one of the divisions in the other league (All eight teams 3 times each). And I would prefere if the division rotated each year.

Is this possible?

I cant speak as far as if it is possible or not but the sticky has 1 or 2 that r close to what u want.
