logo needed

I need a team logo made.I need one for 150x150 in circle design made.I have an animated picture.I would like the Bird used in the logo with a baseball in the wing in replace of the basketball.Then Naples Tanagers on the top and bottom.I would like red and black used.Would like a little ball cap on the bird with an N if possible.I also need a cap and jersey.I would like the bird on the cap.Then for the jersey i would like too have tanagers on the jersey.double lined with the black and red.Thank you for the help.Let me know what you need in return.

Here's a logo.. not circular.. can try that if wanted. Can work on jersey and cap tomorrow.
